i was pissed, so instead of taking my anger out on the world, i got creative!!

wwoaaaaahhhh, i went into my server and ping'ed 300 with huge packet loss spikes. i didnt add anything to the server for like 2 weeks, didnt config ANY files for like a week and all of a sudden it does this! i ping fine in all the other servers.

Add it using you control panel, Under file management tab find amx/plugins/plugins.ini and change it

i dunno about the voice com thing, try looking in your server.cfg for a line turnign it off.
