Stats problem

Hey I recently bought a counterstrike source server and it seems that i'm having a few problems understanding how these stats work.
I should have psychostats and hlstatsx:ce.

I installed the plugins on my server through my Control Panel>Autoinstaller, but after that i'm not too sure what to do.

While in game it says my psychostats plugin failed. Also when i visit my hlstats page it doesnt generate any data on the players. It shows all kills at zero.

I'm new at this so it might be the simplest thing. I've tried restarting my server a few times but i don't know what other steps to take.

Also where do I obtain my Admin credentials for the hlstatsx?

ok so i figured out how to login as Admin for my hlstatsx:ce but the stat data is still not being generated.
I set the rcon password but still nothing.

If I search players with zero kills, it will show all the players but with no stats.

After setting your rcon password on the stats site, did you restart the HLstatsx daemon from the control panel?

The Psychostats plugin may be failing due to incorrect database information. The Sourcemod error logs in your FTP should show additional information on why it is failing.
