I was curious...is it possible to update the auto-installers to reflect the currently available versions of MM:S 1.10.0-hg819 and SM 1.5.0-hg3811?

Yep, I go through every couple of days and update the SourceMod one. Sometimes they've gone a couple of weeks without releases, and sometimes they do rapid-fire releases more than once a day.
