Could anyone please point me in the right direction for the command to allow clients to download maps from the server?
Right now it simply disconnects the user if they don't have the map. Thanks.

Are you wanting to use the old fastdl system with custom map groups or are you wanting to use the CSGO workshop? The setup varies slightly.
