I checked everywhere to add server on AMXBANS but never found it!

I uploaded the web folder on my website and plugin on my server... I edited mysql.conf but server does not appear on AmxBans!

Hello! I have amxbans on my cs server and i uploaded the web interface! i could not figure out how to add my server there... Can anyone help me pls?
