I did a reinstall of my OS and now I got the server working. Now the only problem is if I set a sv_password to the server, the problem I had before comes back. If I don't set a password, it works perfectly.

yah there's no autoexec.cfg anywhere. i checked my friend's hosted game server and he doesn't have one either.
