Your error is from NFO web hosting, not google. You need to fix this error before you can proceed. Do you have ANY files on your web hosting? Even just an index.html that says hi? I don't think this will fix Googles service, but it will allow you to view your site and go from there.

Hello, I wanted to try the new Google PageSpeed Services on my domain (http://www.areyoucereal.com), it's similar to CloudFlare. There's currently nothing on areyoucereal.com, just a blanc page.
