Our TDM server has been full for over 2 days straight and went down as well.

I'd say a large majority of the player drops are because they dont have early access to the DLC(or any access for that matter). Their game will crash on the map change.

Haven't had any rubber banding issues yet on our servers surprisingly...but the 64 slot has not been full.
