I would say just revert to the base and sandbox game modes you were using before. If the STools problem was resolved by other means you should be able to use the oiriginal base and sandbox and have everything back to normal.

You should just be able to delete the folder named elitef4menu from your addons folder. Restart your server and it should be the default f4 menu.

I have never experienced that. With windows I have had addons with names like Addon_Example and it works perfectly. moving to Linux causes it not to work until you make all characters lower case.
