yes I know that it clears it. we seed our server so 300 is just lame..I guess I just don't understand how I could be an Official server and run with max idle, but if I am ranked it is custom... thanks for the help

Yes I did that. The problem seems to be idle timeout. even though you can set this range from 225-86400 . if it isn't 300 then your server is custom...

my server is in Seattle, and there is nothing in the events log about DDOS attacks.

our server has blazed out the last two night. both times its been around 9pm PST. last night sucked as our server was full. tonight it only dropped the seeders...

are you running your sever as official? you cant kick/ban/move on official, only ranked.

we have already canceled one server, and are looking at canceling the second. We are a very small gaming community and we just don't have the volume to get our servers up and running. Official is great for this, however you cant police it at all.

same here, can not setup Idle time beyond 375.

I also agree that the auto balance sucks.
