Re: Rust support?
Would like to add that with the trouble I am (still) having with Gameservers, I would pay double the price for your servers. :P You can setup a Rust server with an un-managed VDS, the server files are public. I don't know why NFO doesn't host the game, i believe its most likely performance, Rust se...

Re: Rust support?
Would love it if you all could get Rust support soon. I have used you all for Battlefield and never really had any issues. If I did, your support staff was top notch. Not really digging GameServers' service or support.

Welp. Looks like time to have a pow-wow with the rest of the group. Who knows what next month will hold.

Re: Adjust slots function
So those of you who have mostly populated servers, do you use these feature to get the players on? Currently we are using it with an Official server. It fills up relatively quickly. However, after the holidays we will be switching to ranked so we have the ability to actually admin the server. After...

Re: China Rising & Client Patch Questions
why are only certain servers affected? I see others here that are having no issues? is it a location thing? My server is located in Chicago. Unsure if that's the reason why, but this is getting frustrating. Some servers are okay but others are not. There's still no information on the issue or what'...

Re: China Rising & Client Patch Questions
Cyrcle, to prevent problems when people are rapidly leaving and joining, the player limit adjuster we use waits for a big to lower it again. It also tries to raise the limit before map changes, to stop the client black screen loading issue. I recommend turning it off for now just to rule it out as ...

Re: China Rising & Client Patch Questions
Server's been dropping players all morning since the patch. Also seem to get extreme rubber banding when ever anyone enters the game after joining. This is on an official server. I tried switching to Ranked but unable to get enough to join to test if the issue is with Official only. Edit: Also, adju...

Re: Play now traffic
Been spamming Play Now for the past hour now and it seems to want to put me in the same couple servers, which are mostly full (or already full). My server's been sitting at roughly 8-14 players most of the afternoon with the usual leaving and joining after each map. Its not filling as quickly as it...

Re: vars.mpExperience not in startup.txt for Official server
You shouldn't need to do the "use your mapcycle" step. Actually, if you are using our map cycler, the custom map cycle will automatically be run after the first map. All you need to do is, after the server restarts, manually enter !nextmap (or, you just wait, and when it cycles normally, ...

Re: R4 = Offical servers as Custom
I've added a box on the "Easy setup" page under the admin daemon section which will help everyone to maintain Normal/Hardcore mode by refreshing it on every map load. After checking that box I restart the server, it was showing custom, I did a !nextmap command and it is now showing "...

Re: Server Crash
Since the patch, today seemed a lot better for our server. Only one crash today so far and we've been full most of the day. Also, switched to Official with default (Normal) settings and server seems to populate MUCH quicker.

Re: BF4 Server Patch - Today 10/31
I called in today to find out if the server issues were infact on EA's end and was informed that there is indeed a patch coming out today that will fix server queues and server disconnections. I was told it would be at 11:00, but the gentleman was not sure if it was 11:00 AM or 11:00 PM as his notes...
