Got it figured out.. once you set 'conquest classics' in the setup, just add them to the maplist with an external tool via procon.

How to include CR maps AND vanilla maps while still official
Hi All, I was wondering if there is a way to include CR and vanilla maps in a rotation while still being in conquest classics/official mode for the player traffic? Same issue on our server, crashed and restarted but not appearing on battlelog.
