Hi, I have a two core VPS, and im running a TTT 66 tick, 24 slot gmod server, on Windows 2008. There is alot of confusing information about server rates, I think I have the max and minrate set properly but i am unsure about the the other rates. If anyone here has advice for best optimization please ...
