I solved it by backing up all the files on my local computer and then unchecking the "I want to leave my SSD unchanged" while installing the new OS, since that made it turn into the proper fileformat linux wanted.

I would like to add that I've run Windows 2008 previously and want to now switch to linux. I got some things backed up on the SSD so I could still use them (databases and such).

This error appears when I boot my Ubuntu 14.04 dedicated server. I have a SSD installed with the FAT32 fileformat. What should I do to fix it?
