darkrp, I have no idea how to set the gamemode, I just type "DarkRP" in default game mode and it does nothing.

Okay guys, treat me like a complete noob, can someone please write me or direct me to a full noob setup guide for a gmod server, It will not show up in the server browser no matter what, I'm certain it's my fault, so if someone would please walk me through step by step, I'd really appreciate it!
