Shouldn't be. I don't remember if you can manually open the port of if NFO has to. I would wait until one of the staff members. Probably Kraze responds with more information on that.
Also run the port thing with your arma 3 server closed and not running. That could make it say closed if you don't

Try seeing if you can assign the IP and Port separately. Or if you can just do the IP.

Also check to see if the port is open on the box

Update 6/21/2016 Crashing has come to a complete stop. I figured it out to be the sv.db that was corrupted. Unfortunate though :/

Just wondering why do you have TTT server convars in your server.cfg????? It looks like your improperly set up your MYSQLOO for darkrp! Make sure the info is right.. Also if that doesn't work remove any thing that modifies the chat. Chat boxes, Chat Tags, anything of the sorts. Test the mysqloo firs...

Is your box running linux or windows? if it's linux makes sure you remove the -master from the addon and you properly placed the darkrpmodification folder into your addons folder it should look like this addons>darkrpmodification>lua>.... if it's windows do a restart the gamemode may not pick it up....

Says double extension. Just my 2 cents it may not be worth it but do you have file extensions enabled if you're running on a windows server.
I know that windows hides extensions and yea so it may actually be reading as beserver.cfg.cfg which could be your problem
