I can run some tests on how much HLStats is affecting performance. For the time being I'm disabling eyetest (due to the conga taunt issue) and removing wallhack and see what happens.

Server is running CentOS 6, IP is 192.223.31.230. Only things beyond the core system running are Apache, MySQL, HLStats, and the TF2 server itself. I have a basic webserver and MySQL running, but neither of them appear to be making any appreciable use of CPU. At 24 players the server seemed to be holding up fine but at around 85% of a core (measured in top). I recall from previously running this server in a very similar configuration on an E3-1...

I'm in a similar situation running a TF2 server on a single-core Linux only instance. When my server hits its max of 32 players the CPU maxes out, server framerate drops to about half, and ping times for all clients increase about 20-30ms. However I don't have an E5 core, instead I have a Intel(R) X...
