GREAT PROPS TO CALIBAN
For sitting down with me and helping me figure out the issue.
It turns out to have been the Arma3Launcher I was using as an external launcher executable.
The server works fine and modded now!

At this point I have removed all the missions entirely from the servers and have run it with just these two mods in parameters: @CBA_A3;@task_force_radio

I manage to log into the server and get to the mission selection screen, but then I get kicked off.
So I am pretty sure it has something to do ...

The mission I am running is one I have made and is built over one of the terrains I am running in the mod-pack for our group. It includes a crate with radios for TFAR. I have tried to load CBA first but I still get kicked off the server.
