hen I go onto my server motd comes up I click "ok" and then everyone who had joined is stuck in spectator mode, how do I change this so we can all play the game?

I wanna set time up before the round ends for my TTT server but not sure how any idea?

all my jobs in my DARKRP server have the weapons the police job have like stun baton,arest baton and unarrest baton just wondering how do i get the other jobs to no have those same weapons?
