Yes, I do have those set.

You're talking about the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons, correct? If so, yes. I'm actually deleting obsolete files right now. But I don't know why the addons thatare being downloaded to the server aren't actually registering.... Could it be an issue...
