The number of clients would appear to be set in a different file than the one you gave. But, the number of clients on the webserver isn't a clear reason for your OOM in this case. I would recommend that you check the access log for your web server and look to see if you're being attacked. If there were quite a few requests coming in at once, you may need to reduce the number of clients allowed to connect at the same time. Did you mean from my OpenGamePanel, or from my FTP fi...

That shows you currently have 1444 MB of available memory. Are you running a webserver on the same VDS? Improperly configured webservers are a common reason for OOM.
