Server tickrate is set at 66, i have tested 33 tick also

I notice lag when 6 people were in the server, srcds says its running at 65 FPS

Does anyone know how to hook up NFO web email to Iphone Ive tried using the methods provided on their mail tab but iphone requires a username and password to access the incoming mail host. Ive put my email address and password but it failed when connecting? any solutions?
