Re: Internap

These Internap missteps over the last two weeks, combined with the fact that they also steadfastly refuse to upgrade undersized links in order to help their customers with attacks, make it much more likely that we will move significant traffic away from Internap's network and physically move server...

And there it goes again, highest performance guaranteed at its finest.

You know, when it comes to restaurants there's a saying; you're only as good as the last meal you serve ...

I feel like that quote fits whats going on with your German servers for the past 2 weeks very well.

Re: Huge packetloss on all german servers

I've noticed problems for the past 1 week daily with their Frankfurt location as well.

Support seemed clueless when reporting, they didn't see any problem on their end...it's good at least they acknowledge the problem now.

Re: What you need to know about the recent compromise here

I see that "customer names" is mentioned among the leaked data. Was this the name on the account itself ? The name that you are greeded by when logging in to your control panel "Welcome Name" and the one that displays when you create a support ticket ? or was it the name used for...

Re: Chicago bandwidth upgrade

It's important to understand that these upgrades come as the locations need them. Everyone needs extra protection, there is never enough :D A lot of hosts now have networks with 100's of Gb's as protection, don't remain behind is what i am trying to say basically. As mentioned previously, these upg...

Re: Chicago bandwidth upgrade

The thing with Frankfurt is, it is their only EU location, so we can't move to another location that has
better protection in case we need it, like we could do between US locations.

I think it should be better protected because it is the only available option outside of the US they are offering.

What about your Frankfurt location ?

I believe you should be strongly focusing on that as-well, since it is your only option outside the US.
