Thats a good addon, but is there one that can be used on all maps and edited freely?

I want an addon that allows me to add zones on my Sandbox Server maps

Features I want:
1. Save over map changes
2. Block prop spawning and pvp

I have already tried this addon: https://github.com/matteisan/safezones

it conflicted with uclip for ulx though.
