Giving Server Over to Someone Else?

I'm no longer interested in paying for/owning my server but I have a friend who is interested in taking it over. How would I go about handing over the ownership/payments to him?

Also the really bad lag only started in the last week or so and I don't believe I made any changes to the server that would cause it.

Well I talked to someone on IRC who said the lag in the morning may be from maintenance. But this lag happens every morning for a few hours until about noon EST and the lag makes the server completely unplayable for a couple hours. I can't imagine that is from maintenance alone. I was also told to s...

Lag Problems

Server: hadoken.nuclearfallout.net Game: CS 1.6 For a while my server has had problems with periodic short lockups (1-2 seconds). It's been like this for I would say about as long as I've had the server. They happen probably a couple times each day. It can really ruin the gameplay and I was wonderin...

Ok, saved the nameserver changes again. It says it can take up to 48 hours to propagate so this could take a while.

I guess it would be an odd way I ended up with the server. Around November 04' I was playing DMC and I was very interested in bunnyhopping. On the server that I played on I posted on their forums and someone showed me how to jump on CS. Anyway I played my first kz map, gigablock. I just got more and...

Well, it's still not working. I set the cname for both *.phoogi.com and phoogi.com, I set the nameservers on godaddy to the everydns, I talked to someone through rentals@nuclearfallout.net and they said it was all set on their part. Any idea why it still isn't up?

Yeah, just did that. Read the tutorial the first time but for some reason I ended up with only 1 host which was *.phoogi.com.

Well, I'm talking to someone through email about this but since you know what I did better than he does I thought you could help me with this.
You would just need to set up phoogi.com as a CNAME also, just like what you
did with http://www.phoogi.com.

I haven't yet. I registered with godaddy and they have domain forwarding, is it possible to just use that or will that not work?
