Can someone please help me change my gamemode on my CSGO surf server to ckSurf gamemode? I also need help adding maps.

I installed ckSurf with the help of a support ticket team member, but it won't change the gamemode to surf! Help?!!?

I was in a help support ticket with a support team member and I installed ckSurf on my CS:GO server and I restarted it, the gamemode didnt change or anything and we cannot figure it out. Can anyone help us out please?
