Hello guys i have Moodle Plataform installed on a Webhost of NFO and i want to make a Auto-Backup it says than i have to active cron services to make it happends but it has to do it with the hosting here are the details

Hello i am new in this.. I want to do a country ban for example of EEUU or Russia, china etc.. all countryies tan doesnt speak spanish i dont know how to use well the NFO firewall to do this.. Can somewone helps me?
