Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

I've just thrown an old Server onto one of three of my NFO Gmod game servers, however when trying to connect to the Server I'm being thrown:
"Connecting to ......
The server you are trying to connect to is running
an older version of the game."

How can I update the version, I thought NFO does it ...
