I need help FAST

I locked my server using this

admin_rcon sv_password pis5

Now it WILL NOT UNLOCK
and when I use gamespy I cannot access it?

Please let me knoe how to unlock it... Thanks

Also I need to Unlock from the control panel, I cannot get in anymore

SERVER DOWN

I am not sure why but my server just went down and i cannot restart it...

Internap is much more stable..

I am lost

I have everything about where I want it using the control panel... I have yet to find the proper setting for the user.ini to allow me full control in-game.. None of the say or kick commands work from the console, i added my user/wonid/value and am not sure if I used the right format or not. Thanks
