Alright I did exactly as you said and still no agreement pops up. I seen it in nsr's server by you guys so I wanted it to :(. Maybe theres something you guys can to do help me cause I'm lost and I would really like the agreement :)!

Hl guard agreement

I have hlguard installed on my server but for some reason the little agreement doesnt pop up to people who connect to my server :(. I really like the agreement part because its sort of like a scarecrow that scares away crows :).
