Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

I have created this system on my website that allows us admins to accept or deny ban appeals, ban requests, abuse reports, and staff applications.

I want the system to be like this:
1. User submits their application on my external website
( the site isn't related to NFO ).
2. Admins go to the ...

When I try to access the main nfoservers page or my CPanel, it times out and gives me a Google Chrome error but my game server is still up.
Are you guys down for maintenance or something? Just curious :3
