check your mani setting for this-
mani_autobalance_mode 1 // 0 = Players balanced regardless if dead or alive, 1 = dead players swapped first followed by alive players, 2 = only dead players can be swapped
option 2 will work, unless the teams are unbalanced and one side doesn't get a single kill ...

so I recently got around to enabling http download for all our custom maps, etc and I had a couple questions
first, you mention in the tutorial..
If the game server has a file that the HTTP server does not, then it will use the "Trickle Down" method for that file upon reconnecting.
