all of the windows sync addresses get errors. Both servers are in NY and I never touched them, so they were set to Pacific from the start. None of this really affects using them, but I think there is some setup/network/etc issue.

tiworker.exe seems to be taking far too much CPU, sometimes up to 50%. Some research suggests this is part of windows update and there may be an MS fix for it, but does it need to be on my VM or the server itself?
