So how would I allow that connection? (fairly new to linux so still learning)

Im trying to run a teamspeak 3 server on my VPS which is running centOS. I have it installed all correctly and it says the server is started, however I cant connect to it in teamspeak. Does anyone have the same issue or know what could be causing it?
