Hi, I have a domain over at www.1and1.co.uk

I want to point my domain to my vps hosted at NFOServers but I don't understand how to do it.

It gives me an option to enter an A Record.

It says
IPv4 Address:
IPv6 Address:

What would my IPv6 and IPv4 address' be for my nfo vps?
