well, after some digging, I found these cvars. I dont know which is active as they seem to be duplicate, but I'd venture a guess its the doi_ one

Day of Infamy maxplayers changes based on mode
Hoping someone else here has experience with standalone day of infamy server. On a 16 slot server, if I run offensive, sv_playlist nwi/mp and <map> offensive, it correctly shows 16 player slots in browser/game. I'm trying to run a co-op server though.
