Hello, if you need help follow this guide https://github.com/Nyr/openvpn-install just copy the wget line its a basic openvpn setup. Once its done extract your ovpn file from winscp or whatever you use and run openvpn as admin and connect. It should work good luck!

Port Forwarding in this respect is not a valid concept when you have a outward facing IP address as you do here, there is no separate, internal IP address for you to forward to. You can just skip that step in any tutorial you are following. I heard of something like UpnPd for the linux machines or ...

I have to have these ports forward. I'm running Debian 7 wheezy x64. Yes I know you don't block ports I get a moderate NAT.
