im using winscp but do not see client.ovpn which i need to setup openvpn. is there a basic way to get it? can i just go into settings and set the proxy to my server ip? if so what is the default port number?

I switched to ubuntu 16 as suggested and have my server up. now setting up open vpn on my laptop.and suggestion on what to put for port?

i was on 18 but switched to debian 9 as suggested. do i switch back and try 16?
