I just had to remove the ftp.*.com address in the bindings area of the site and got right in.

Setting up FTP on Windows server

I installed IIS and ftp but can't access using filezilla. I keep getting an error:
Status: Resolving address of ftp.scotkinney.com
Status: Connecting to 66.151.244.216:21...
