Ive had this issue persist on my server for the past 3 days. I get to a certain amount of players, and then no more can join, the rest are stuck within a black loading screen. This is easily remedied by two ways; 1. Stop your server. Let it sit for about 3 minutes, than Start your server. 2. BF3CC is still in "Alpha" state of the program, so this type of program behaviour is expected.

Until BF3CC goes into Beta or into Final, I wouldn't bother with it as it doesn't really give any "extra" tools that ProCon doesn't have.

Kicking had a bug where if no reason was defined, it would crash the server. I think John fixed the admin daemon to make it provide a default reason. I think also that DICE has fixed this. It has been disabled as it is the culprit of many crashes. It will be back in due time Im sure.
