At the time of the issue, it only had one IP. We were using stock port 28015, also tried 9015. Didn't try disabling the firewall. I just got another ip and it seems to have fixed the problem. Maybe it actually was blacklisted.

Our Rust server on our VDS is not appearing in the server list. We have contacted facepunch and confirmed it is not blacklisted.
