Do you have many files on your VPS that are making it lag? Keeping a lot of things open, just like any other computer, will make it lag. I only noticed this because I had heaps on mine and forgot to close everything after using it.

It may be the C:\XAMPP\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf file, where you can open it and create a virtual host, or edit the exis ting one. First, we very strongly recommend against xampp, because we regularly see it compromised. Which webserver software are you using? Apache? What operating system are you on?
