I wouldn't want to reinstall the VDS for being attacked, i am saying in general. If you wanted to reinstall your VDS or reboot your VDS for whatever reason, you could do so through said API, not only that but also be able to monitor attack notifications.

I would really like to see an API, similar to OVH's API. Maybe you could use this to monitor DDoS Notifications, maybe reinstall or reboot your VDS from this. I can only speak for myself but I think this would be a good idea to potentially be added in the future.
