Was just curious since I notified a software creator that a website (whose hosting is with NFO) had an illegal pirated forum software of theirs and was even making thousands off that site (while blatantly lying on the donation and surplus thread) as a result which I'm sure can led to damages...

Hey, I'm wondering does NFO servers take DMCAs from copyright holders seriously and usually take action? And what does the process consist of?
