.cfgs and resets
If I edit any one my .cfgs, .inis, or other files, do I have to restart my server? (Also, does restarting my server slow down others on the same machine?)

First, you have to make sure statsme is on and set up in your config files. I believe it is in the metamod plugins.ini file. Make sure you have the following lines: win32 addons/statsme/dlls/sm_cstrike_mm.dll Then, edit your statsme.cfg file. There is a line there with a password. The default passwo...
