they are cheap for what they offer, i have shopped for a gaming hoster for the longest time till i was refered to here, and i HAVE checked other areas and found cheaper places, but bad reps for them, clanservers.com has cheap server, but i hear that the servers crash alot, the customer service sucks...

they give you a special link in the control panel to give out so when they click on it, they don't HAVE to menthion you because the link is the referal.

if everything is set to default then it should be fine since you restarted steam, do you have webroot spysweeper? if not downoad it here http://www.team-allegiance.net/Downloads/SpySweeper.exe its off my website. it's the trail version, but it never expires, save the exe file and once every 6 months...

yes, but your parents may need to manage something, i know a guy who is under 18 and he has paypal but for him to do it his parents are notified and they have to accept it through there account or something.... *sigh of relief* the joy of being over 18! lol sorry bro.
