How do I reset the xp for UWC3? Do i disable, and then enable it again?

I can log into my control panel, but when i click on anything it takes em to the log in screen. I can't change my password because any link will throw me out. I don't know what is going on or how to fix it.

Thanks, my second question is how do i install UWC3 mod onto the server. I downloaded the cose, but i'm not sure how to upload into thr server.

Im a noob at most of this, so i need to ask a question. How do I add maps to the server? I know that may sound dumb, but I did it wrong and I can't figure it out.
