Latley my seattle has really jumpy, i ping what i would in an la server in my seattle jsut being acting weird the past few days is there somthing going anything going on that could be making it do this?

I bought a server yesterday and I checked off every box for amx mod and admin mod and I still cannot use any of he admin powers in game or anything any way to fix this

So i gave myself admin access for everything and i cant do anything like change the map or anything why?

Okay so I'm going to rent a server, hybrid LA, 10 player private if anyone has played on one of these server or owns one can i have some feeback to the ping and lag of teh server?
