hey everyone, just wondering how do i install themes onto the phpbb forums that come with the server?

hi all, i'm looking to rent a bf2 unranked server from here but, i want to run a mod on it called battleracer,what i need to know is ,if i rent from you -will you help me with the FTP and setup process bcos i dont know how to do it....thx
