What would I type in the empty space to give someone more levels?

I want to know how I can add levels to players on the WarCraft 3 Mod. Does anybody know how?

Thanks NFO, our server is great. And when we ordered it, we got it up within a half hour, just like you said. You guys are guys of your word. On behalf of the UHG clan, I would like to say thank you for all of your support and hard work.

I was only using that time as an example. Wow 10 minutes to an hour or whatever, thats fast. Well we will be ordering soon. Gotcha selves another customer.

So if we order our server at 12:00pm, when should the server be up? What is the estimated time for you guys to get it up?
